Because my approach to counselling is rooted in deeply relational and experiential models, you can expect me to show up as a full human with you. This means that I'll listen intently, mirror back what I'm seeing, and work with you towards the growth you desire. Together, we will find the places that need our attention the most, whether that be resources for your life right now or healing through wounds that occurred a long time ago.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the start of your session. The full fee will be charged for sessions that are cancelled within the 24 hour window, as that time slot could have been filled by another client.

Individual sessions cost $165 and couples sessions are $180.

No, I do not bill directly to insurance companies. However, you will be sent a receipt following payment of each session, which you may then submit to an insurance company for reimbursement.

Sessions are 50 minutes. If you would prefer to book a longer session, please contact me for additional options.

Yes, I am registered as both an ICBC and CVAP provider. If you fall into one of these categories, please have your registration information available (e.g., claim number) for the first session.

Used in a therapeutic context, ketamine has been found to be effective in the alleviation of symptoms of depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. I offer ketamine-assisted therapy (or KAT) through a clinic in Abbotsford called Upstream Health. Ketamine sessions differ from conventional talk therapy sessions in that they last about 90 minutes and require a doctor or nurse practitioner to administer the medicine. Yes, what you share in counselling is 100% confidential. This means that I will not disclose any details of our sessions to anyone outside of the counselling room. The exceptions are if I hear of any imminent harm to yourself or others, if a member of a vulnerable population is at risk, or in the case of a subpoena by a court of law.

I don't offer child counselling services at this time. For youth ages 14+ please contact me to see if we could be a good fit.

Sessions begin and end at the allotted time. If you show up late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full fee.
